AGENTS UNKNOWN introduces students to unexplored aspects of the Vietnam War: intelligence collection/analysis, the problems of intelligence implementation, and the relationship of the US military intelligence infrastructure to the Vietnamese military, government, and civilians. The issues raised also apply to recent conflicts.

“[F]ascinating and well produced…a look inside the boots-on-the-ground work of intelligence…shows how deceit, self-deception, false assumptions, and a bureaucratic mindset can quickly lead to a report becoming bad intelligence…” Michael Fein, Educational Media Reviews Online (EMRO)
